The Apartment Source, LLC is a NY state licensed real estate company. Owners Gary & Jennifer Wereszynski, with the assistance of Manager Phil Saporito, have owned, sold and managed single family and apartment properties for four years in the Utica area and are very familiar with the Utica rental market.
The Wereszynski's are also owners of The Fort Schuyler Group, LLC who developed and own the outstanding circa 1890 Richardson Romanesque buildings now known as "The Nolita" and "The Charles" at 1317 and 1319 Genesee Street on Oneida Square.
